Please feel free to join me in this virtual fitness challenge.
All ages, fitness levels and abilities no matter where in the world you are. This challenge is open to everyone who wants to have fun and get fit at the same time.
It does not matter what fitness level you are as you get to decide what you want to achieve and how you want to do it.
If you are feeling “Super Fit” then you can take on all 3 Challenges at the same time.
Big Goals and Dreams are made up small little tiny changes, but they mentally make a big difference.
Fitness Challenge Options
Length Of Challenge
The length covers you for a whole 30 days. You decide when and where and how often until you have completed the mileage. You can cover the distance Indoor and Outdoor.
This means that I need to cycle either indoor or outdoor (or a combination) of 100 miles per week and complete 400 miles at the end of the 30 days.
If you have a bad day or tough week when you have a shortfall then you just make it up another time.
Make sure that you choose a challenge that will not be overly strict or restrictive for you as you will just be desperate to get to the 31st day.

Start your FREE 30-Day Trial on the 4th July and it will break down your goal into bite size pieces. If you wish to continue thereafter it will cost £2.30 per month otherwise you can cancel.

I thought this would be a great way to celebrate life moving forward and lock down freedom.
Time to thank yourself and celebrate by means of a fitter you. Challenge your friends and family for an extra bit of fun.
This is open to anyone and all you do is select how you want to do this challenge by either Walking, Running or Cycling. (Indoor or Outdoor)
Questions to ask yourself
Where is your fitness now?
What would you like to achieve?
How far could you challenge yourself?
Choose something that you feel comfortable doing and then go for a bigger challenge.
Map My Tracks will track your accomplishments and plan your goal.
During this challenge you have the option to add in some optional extra to create a healthier lifestyle.
Sleep 7 – 8 Hours per day
Drink 3 Litres of water per day minimum
2 x sessions of strength training every week.
Flexibility session after your Fitness Challenge workout would be beneficial. Either Stretch, Yoga, Pilates etc
Eat good fresh foods and cut out processed foods.
Set Your Goal
Set A Reward Weekly and At The End Of The Month.
I might add in some little awards along the way to make it fun and heat up the challenge.
