This is where you get clear on your goals and aims through my detailed understanding of your history and objectives. You will have a thorough outline of the strategy that your journey will take so you can be truly focused on your aims with true clarity.
Focus and direction is the only way to truly achieving your dream goals.
12 Week Intensive Coaching Plan – £3600
This is where your journey of change starts and where your commitment to your dreams begins. You have the strategy; you have your individual aims and now we focus on your plan.
I will be your support throughout for 3 hours every week to help you through each step. These times will be tailored to suit you throughout your plan when you need me most.
I will put in place your nutritional and fitness needs in an easy-to-follow strategy.
This weight loss program will be designed specifically for you to achieve your goals and you will see and feel more confident week by week.
Every 4 weeks we will review where we are, and we will get clear and concise on your transformation every step of the way.
No doubt there will be struggles but I will be there to help and support your every step.
This is not like any other diet plan this is about transforming your life completely. Our health and fitness affect our mental awareness which affects our every day lives.
I guarantee this program will not just help you to lose weight and sustain that weight loss but will help you to be a better person. 6 Month Intensive Coaching Plan – £6500
Similar to the 12-week Coaching Plan you will have a clear strategy and concise understanding of your expectations and commitment.
A 6-month commitment is just a small step to changing your life forever. If you are really serious of making a difference, then you know that there are lots of things that need to change both mentally and physically to achieve your goals and dreams.
Once again, you will have my expertise and support through 3 hours of sessions every week set up to suit you. These will be based on your individual needs and the strategy in place. Sometimes you might need 1.5 hour sessions encompassing food, exercise and mental strength. Some sessions you might just need my help and support for 30-minute coaching sessions more often.
I know that you have been dieting for most of your life and exercise is hit-and-miss but this time it must be different and that is why you will choose this program and my help.

Which Coaching Program Is Right For Me?
This is a decision that only you can make based on the level of commitment that you have about really changing your life for good.
I have been in your shoes before more than once. I have battled with my weight since the age of 18 and worked hard to keep it off. At my heaviest my dress size was 16 when I had always been no greater than a 10 in my early years.
I am now in my early 50’s and have been eating a paleo and fasting based diet for the last 10 years but it has not been since the World has gone into lock down that my weight yoyoed again.
I know that even for me this third lock down has been extremely difficult, but I was determined to lose the weight I put on over the last year and I really wanted to help others to do the same. It was the reason why I chose to help you to get fit and healthy and lose the weight that you have always wanted to, and to ensure that it is a lifestyle journey. That means that whenever you stop it is easy for you to get back to it until it comes to a point where it is easy, and you are in better control of what you eat.
When I started this new journey encompassing a Paleo Keto and Fasting Implementation in November 2020, I was the heaviest and unhealthiest I had been for a good 20 years, so I know something had to be done. To date I have lost 10 Kilos in weight, 7% drop in body fat, 5% increase in water, and kept my muscle mass. The other biggest and healthiest decrease for me was moving from a Visceral Fat measurement of 8 to a current 6 which is the fat around your body which is critically dangerous. Most importantly for me I can now fit into a dress which I love to wear in summer with no extra bulges…………. I am now looking forward to maintaining my weight and still making improvements to dropping my body fat percentage. This is my lifestyle and one that I can sustain that will keep me looking good and feeling great. More importantly I am looking forward to summer and meeting up with my family and friends, no longer embarrassed by the weight I had put on.
